Our fully fabricated and precision welded Steelhorse Design chassis is built in the USA. Features strong 10-gauge fabricated side rails for superior strength and appearance with minimal body flex. All body-to-frame mounts are pre-welded. Crossmember is made of heavy wall, hot rolled P&O 1-5/8" round steel tubing. Crossmember, engine and transmission mounts are pre-welded. Specify engine and transmission combination when ordering.
Complete Chassis includes: First Gen Bronco Chassis (Stock Height) Perimeter Frame. Currie 9” Front Axle with Currie Explorer Disc Brakes (5x5.5 BP). Tru-Trac 3rd Member. Ford Knuckles (Lock Out Hubs Not Included). Currie 9” Rear Axle with Currie Explorer Disc Brakes (5x5.5 BP). Tru-Trac 3rd Member. Black Powder Coated Front Coil Spring Package with Shocks (Stock Height). 10 Leaf Rear Springs with Shocks (Stock Height). 1-1/8” 4140 Chromoly Front Sway Bar. 3/4” 4140 Chromoly Rear Sway Bar and Rear Shackles. Available Stock Height up to 3.5” lift. Run up to 37” Tire without rubbing arms.
